Taylor was now back at Zac's, and waiting for Ashley to get back with
Arielle. Her appointment was in an hour for the pregnancy test, and he was
really hoping it would be negative. It was so much as it was to just find out he
had a daughter with her, and he didn't want to become a grandfather at the same
time. He paced back and forth as he waited for them.
" Sit down, Tay. Please just relax. I can't stand seeing you like this." Zac
told him. " It sucks seeing you so stressed out, and it is making me
nervous."
" I just... I'm too young to be a grandfather, Zac. I can't do this. There is
no way." He looked at his brother. " I mean, now I understand where mom and dad
were coming from when me and Ashley were younger. She is too young to be a
mom."
" You and Ashley were younger than her, and it obviously didn't stop her from
having the baby." Zac said. " If there is one, you can't force her to abort the
baby. She may not know the whole story, but you know she will find out somehow
and use it to her advantage."
Taylor finally sat down, and ran his hands through his hair. " I know that,
Zac. But I can try to get her to see my way, can't I?"
" It is worth a try, but don't try to force it. It is her body, Tay. So it is
her decision." He sipped on his coffee, and looked up when the front door
opened.
Arielle came in just then, with Ashley and Christopher behind her. She
introduced her little brother to Zac, who shook his hand with a smile on his
face. Taylor looked at Christopher, and noticed he seemed to be feeling better.
" You look like a whole new kid, Christopher. I'm glad they sprung you from the
hospital."
Christopher looked from Zac to Taylor. " Me too. Being at the hospital
sucked. Especially today. I saw my dad."
Taylor looked up at Ashley, who nodded. " He was there outisde of the
hospital, waiting for us. I'm afraid I may have pissed him off even more but
throwing him a good punch, but after what he did to Arielle I think he deserved
it."
" Ashley, are you kidding me? You... he could have you arrested! And in front
of your kids?" Taylor screamed at her. " You just never think, do you?"
" Don't yell at my mom. She was only protecting us." Christopher snapped at
him, giving his mom a hug.
" You know, everyone is really pissing me off today. Stop with the fighting
please. I am begging you. Try to get along like two parents should, will you?
It's not fair for me to watch you two fight." Arielle looked from one parent to
the other, then at Christopher. " And Christopher you need to stay out of it.
It is mom's battle, not yours."
" I totally agree with Arielle. This fighting really needs to stop. It won't
solve anything. Tay, bring her to her appointment now. I will help Ashley keep
Christopher entertained." When Ashley started to protest, he stopped her. " You
can let them do this without you, Ashley. They deserve some father/daughter
time."
With a sigh, she watched Arielle and Taylor walk out the door. Christopher
watched them leave, and then looked up at Zac. " Do you have any video
games?"
" Are you kidding me? I have lots of those in the play room. Let's go." Zac
smiled at him, and led him to where the video games where.

Natalie had taken Diana and Walker out for a walk, and they had ended up at
Starbucks in the process. They were now sitting down at a table. She was
drinking a caramel frappuccino and munching on a cheesecake brownie as they each
had a regular cup of coffee with nothing to eat. They had been trying to avoid
any conversation about the whole thing with Ashley and Arielle, not wanting to
upset Natalie. Both knew she had to be having a hard time dealing with the
situation.
But Natalie felt like she had to get out in the open how she felt. It was
driving her insane, and she knew it was better to let it all out than to keep it
bottled up inside. She finished off her snack, and looked at them with tears in
her eyes. " How am I going to do this, guys? I... I know that Arielle deserves
to be a part of his life, but this puts Ashley in it too. And I don't want her
anywhere near my husband."
Diana looked at her, and put a hand over her's to try and reassure her. " I
don't really want her around either, honey. To be honest, I can't say I trust
her as much as I used to. Especially not after finding out that she didn't abort
her daughter after all."
" Taylor loves you, Natalie. He doesn't love Ashley anymore, and you need to
have faith in that. He will not leave you for her. I promise you that." Walker
told her. " My son is one of the best. He will stick by your side no matter
what."
" I trust Taylor. I really do. But I just don't trust her." Natalie pushed
the plate away. " How do I know she won't do everything in her power to take him
away from me? That she won't try and use the situation to her advantage?"
Diana gave her a little hug. " You never know, she could try. I agree with
that. But you have yourself one of the best guy's, honey. He won't let anything
she does win him over."
" I really hope your right. Because he is everything to me and I do not know
what I would do without him." She wiped at her tears, and finished off her
frappuccino.

Ashley was in the living room of Zac's house, thinking back on some of the
old times her and Taylor had together. She had turned on the tv, but found it
hard to concentrate. She thought about the time they first met, when his family
had come over to introduce themselves and welcome her family into the
neighborhood. She remembered thinking right away just how cute he was,
especially when he smiled at her. He had handed her mom the pan of brownies they
had brought over, and given her the biggest smile.
Her thoughts of that day were interrupted the front door opening and closing.
She looked up to see Nikki and Kate, along with Isaac. Neither one of them
looked to happy with her, and that pissed her off. " What is your problem with
me? What have I done to deserve being looked at the way your looking at me?" She
snapped.
" You've disrupted our lives by showing back up in town, in case you haven't
noticed. Tay is losing his mind, Ashley. First it turns out he has a daughter
that you were supposed to abort, and now she may be having a baby at sixteen.
It's not a good situation you have put him in." Isaac snapped back at her. " And
I want you to really think about this, that he is very happily married. Him and
Natalie have had a beautiful life together. I'm not going stand by and watch you
try to destroy that."
" Have you seen me make a single move on him? No, I haven't. So leave me the
fuck alone!" She screamed at him.
Kate stepped in her face. " You are making everyone miserable, Ashley. Why
don't you just do yourself a favor, take Christopher and leave town? No one
wants you here."
That was the wrong move for Kate to make by getting in her face. That just
pissed her off even more. Without a single thought about it, she shoved her out
of the way and pushed her to the floor. " Don't you dare get in my face like
that again and speak like that to me!"
Nikki helped Kate up of the floor, but not before throwing a punch to
Ashley's face. She got her right on the lip. " Don't you even think about laying
another hand on Kate like that again, or I will do one worse than I just did."
Before Ashley could make another move, Zac rushed into the room and grabbed
her from behind. " I don't know who made the first punch, and I don't really
care. All I know, is that you are no longer allowed here. Christopher stays here
until you have calmed down, and then I will bring him to you. Afterwards, you
are on your own. Get out of here, Ashley. I've had enough of you." With some
help from Isaac, he led her to the door and together they locked her
outside.
" You can't do this to me! Give me my son, damn it! I will call the police!"
She screamed at them.
" Go for it, Ashley. Then I can tell them how you threw the first punch and
they can arrest you instead." Kate screamed back at her. Isaac had to hold her
back, as she was trying to get to the door to get to Ashley.
" Kate, that is enough. Go into the kitchen and grab something to drink or
eat and calm down. Go." Isaac told her, turning her around to face the kitchen.
She followed his instructions, and left the room. " Ashley, until you have
calmed down your son stays here. He doesn't need to be around you when you are
like this. Go take a nap or something." He called out to her through the
door.
Ashley at this point was more pissed off than you wanted to see her be. She
wasn't going to leave quietly without her son. Taking her cell phone out of her
pocket, she dialed 911.
